All our rugs are handmade by skilled artisans, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship. Each rug is made from 100% wool, which is known for its durability and natural stain resistance. Additionally, we encourage customers to inspect the product upon delivery to ensure it meets their expectations.

What is the return policy for rugs purchased from Rug Heaven?

Rug Heaven has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For items shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

How should I care for my handmade rug?

To maintain the quality of your handmade rug, regular vacuuming is recommended to remove dust and debris. For stains, it is advisable to use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning to preserve the integrity of the wool fibers.

Can I exchange a rug if it does not meet my expectations?

Exchanges are not directly offered. The fastest way to obtain a different rug is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your rug arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect the order immediately and contact us at rugheavenusa@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Are there any non-returnable items in your store?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
